Development Partnership

Recently, FAO has been a development partner of international aid
agencies and governments, such as the Asian Development Bank (ADB);
European Community (Eq; International Fund for Agricultural Development
(IFAD); The Government of Italy; Japan International Cooperation
Agency (JICA); The World Bank; United Nations Development Programme
(UNDP) and the United States Aid for International Development (USAID).
The total funding for different types of programmesand projects
implemented by FAO, as June2005, is summarized in the following
table.
