Managing Information for Better Family Health (in collaboration with the MoPW, Ministry of Health, DPPW and DPH Health Services Department, AJK)

Proposed Duration: July 2001 - June 2003

Objectives:

• To establish a Management and Information System (MIS) to provide information for management and decision making as well as for monitoring the quality of reproductive health (RH) services.

Activities:

• Integrate the RH indicators into HMIS;

• Develop a Global Information System (GIS) for mapping health and RH facilities;

• Capacity building of staff in MIS/GIS.
