The Ministry of Education (MoE) prepared an EFA-MDA Country
Report, 2008. The MDA report is to show where Pakistan is
towards EFA 6 goals, which were endorsed during the World
Education Forum, Dakar-Senegal in 2000. To accomplish this
task, MoE adopted a consultative approach by involving its
various Wings and affiliated organizations, provincial
education departments and concerned international
